Reports & disclosure
We publish what the regulator requires — and publish it to the public, not only to the regulator. A donor who cannot check where their money went is giving on blind trust, and we ask that of no one.
What we disclose

The year’s activities, beneficiary numbers, and each programme’s outputs.
Audited Financial Statements

General Assembly Minutes

Who checks us
Three layers of assurance
The external auditor
Appointed by the general assembly on the audit committee’s recommendation, reviewing the financial statements independently of the executive.
The Audit & Risk Committee
An internal committee independent of management, overseeing internal control, the risk register and whistleblowing reports, and reporting to the general assembly.
The regulator
Receives the reports and financial statements annually, with powers of inspection and enforcement under the associations law.
If a document you expect is missing, or you want an explanation of a line in the financial statements, ask us at info@amad.org.sa — and escalate to the regulator if we do not answer.
