Need a document that is not published?
Some documents are withheld because they contain personal data or case details — the safeguarding committee’s minutes, for instance. Members of the general assembly and the regulator may review them through the proper channel, and anyone may request a copy of a public document by email.
If you see a breach of any of these policies, the whistleblowing policy guarantees you a channel that reaches the audit committee directly and protects you from retaliation. Use the complaints page, or write to compliance@amad.org.sa.
