Terms of use
Using this site means accepting the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Amad Association for Developing the Capabilities of People with Disabilities and Their Families, a licensed association supervised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Its licence and fundraising permit details are published in the footer of every page and on the donate page.
2. Nature of the content
The content published here is informational and educational. What it says about disability, rehabilitation and early intervention is not medical, psychological or legal advice, and is no substitute for a specialist assessment of an individual case.
Browsing the site or submitting a form through it creates no obligation on the association to provide a service. Acceptance of any service request is subject to screening, assessment, priority criteria, and available capacity.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit false information, impersonate another person, or apply on a beneficiary’s behalf without legal standing.
- use the forms for bulk or automated submissions, or for any unauthorised commercial purpose.
- attempt unauthorised access to any system or data, or disrupt the operation of the site.
- raise funds in the association’s name, or imply that you do, without its written authorisation.
4. Donations
Donations are accepted only through the channels published on the donate page, which are the licensed channels. Any personal account, link or campaign attributed to the association outside those channels does not represent it — please report it to us.
A donation is by nature a gift and is not refundable. That said, if there is an evident error in an amount or a transaction, write to us within a reasonable period and we will review it. A donation earmarked for a specific programme is applied to it; if that becomes impossible for an operational or regulatory reason, we come back to you before redirecting it.
5. Intellectual property
The association’s logo, visual identity and the content of this site are owned by or licensed to the association. Educational content may be quoted for non-commercial purposes with explicit attribution. The logo may not be used without written permission, and may not be altered or combined with another mark.
6. External links
The site may link to third-party sites — the national donation platforms and regulators among them. We do not control or take responsibility for their content, and your visit to them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, current and available, but do not warrant that it is free of error or continuously available. The association is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on the site without consulting a specialist.
Nothing here is to be read as excluding any liability the association bears under a law in force in the Kingdom.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
