Compliance

Complaints & reporting

If you see something in the association that should not be happening, reporting it is not a betrayal of it — it is one of the strongest safeguards it has.

Your protections

Four commitments we make to anyone who reports

  • You may report anonymously

The name and email fields are optional. An anonymous report is taken just as seriously — though without contact details we cannot tell you the outcome or ask for clarification.

  • Reports bypass the executive

Reports concerning a regulatory, financial or safeguarding breach reach the Audit & Risk Committee directly — because the subject of a complaint must never be the one who examines it.

  • Protection from retaliation

The whistleblowing policy prohibits any retaliation against a good-faith reporter — employee, volunteer or beneficiary — and any attempt to unmask them is itself a breach.

  • Defined response times

A report is logged within one working day, acknowledged within three, and concluded within thirty days — unless the investigation requires longer, in which case the reporter is told.

The form

File a report

You may instead write directly to compliance@amad.org.sa, or escalate to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development if you are not satisfied with how we handle it.

What happened, when, and who was involved if you can say? The more specific the account, the faster it can be verified.

Leave blank to report anonymously.

Without it we cannot tell you the outcome.
