Programme

Vocational Training & Employment

From training to a real employment contract — not to a certificate on the wall.

The pathway begins with an aptitude and capability assessment, moves to training in an occupation the local labour market actually demands, then on-the-job training with a partner employer, and ends in supported placement that the programme follows through the first six months.

We also work with employers themselves: preparing the workplace, training line managers, and supporting the requirements of the Mowaamah enabling-workplace programme. Empowering the employee is not enough if the workplace is not equipped for them to stay.

What a beneficiary leaves with

  • A career portfolio: CV, training record, and reference letter
  • On-the-job training with a real employer
  • Six months of post-placement follow-up

How to join

  1. Vocational aptitude and capability assessment
  2. Enrolment in a matching training track
  3. Field training, then supported placement

Other programmes

  • Early Intervention

Screening and therapy in the earliest years, when every month makes a difference that cannot be recovered later.

  • Rehabilitation & Skills Development

Speech, occupational, physical and behavioural therapy inside a single plan led by a single team.

  • Inclusive Education

We support the student, the teacher and the school together, so that the school place actually holds.
